Announcing our 2017 2018 Season!

The Vero Beach High School Performing Arts Department is proud and excited to announce our new season performances. In addition to our regular annual favorites like Fall Choral Classics, Orchestral Spooktacular, Big Band Bash and, of course, the ever-patriotic annual Red White and Blue Concert, we are also excited about our musicals. In November, the Drama Department will perform "Little Women" the Musical. Based on Louisa May Alcott's life, "Little Women" follows the adventures of sisters, Jo, Meg, Beth and Amy March and their experience growing up in Civil War America.

In December, the annual holiday concert that was known as Deck the Halls in the past is now billed as "Winter Wonderland". It will feature the VBHS Symphonic and Jazz Bands, Chorus and Orchestras and will continue to be the best way to get in the holiday spirit.

"Annie the Musical" is scheduled for February and promises to be great fun and entertainment as little orphan Annie charms everyone's hearts despite a next-to-nothing start in 1930s New York City.

Our Spring line-up for musical performances by the bands, orchestras and chorus includes Petite Masterpieces, Symphonic Band Masterpieces and "Swinging into Spring" Jazz concert. Of course no VBHS Performing Arts Season is complete without the Annual Vero Pops which will take place to close out its 17th season in May.
